Creator Technologies LLC

Privacy Policy

How we handle information when you use Artemis.

Effective and last updated

1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy describes how Creator Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with the Artemis website at tryartemis.app and the Artemis application and related services when available (together, the “Services”).

Contact us about this policy or your information at les@theincubators.io.

2. Information we collect

  • Information you provide. Your name, email address, profile details, business or workspace information, support messages, and other information you choose to share with us.
  • Campaign and creator information. Campaign names, brands, dates, creator handles and profile information, video links, content and performance metrics, compensation terms, billing details, and invoice records that you or your team provide or use through the Services.
  • Connected services and public content. Information obtained from services you connect or authorize, and publicly available social media profiles, posts, and engagement metrics used to provide campaign tracking.
  • Device and usage information. IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, requests and error logs, activity within the Services, and notification tokens when you enable notifications.
  • Payment information. If you use a paid or payment-related feature, we may receive billing details and payment status from the payment provider. Full payment card information is handled by the applicable payment provider.

The information collected depends on the features you use. The mobile app may request access to photos or notifications for features you choose to enable. You can manage those permissions in your device settings.

3. How we use information

We use information to provide and maintain the Services; authenticate accounts; organize campaigns and workspaces; track creator content and performance; prepare and manage invoices; send requested notifications; respond to inquiries; communicate about access and service changes; diagnose problems; improve the product; prevent abuse; and meet legal obligations.

If you email us about early access, we use the information in that email to respond and communicate about Artemis. You can ask us to stop sending optional product updates.

4. How we share information

  • With collaborators. Profile, campaign, creator, performance, and invoice information may be visible to other people in the workspaces or campaigns you participate in, according to their roles and the features you use.
  • With service providers. We use providers for hosting, databases, authentication, email, notifications, payment processing, and related operations. They process information as needed to support the Services.
  • With services you connect. Information needed for an integration may be sent to that service, such as a campaign milestone sent to a Slack or Discord destination you configure.
  • For legal and security reasons. We may disclose information when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, and the security of the Services.
  • For a business transfer. Information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to applicable legal protections.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Website technology and mobile links

The public Artemis website currently uses no advertising pixels or optional analytics cookies. Hosting infrastructure, Google Fonts, and the content delivery network that supplies website libraries receive standard request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, when your browser loads those resources.

The app uses local storage and secure device storage for functions such as sign-in sessions, preferences, and pending invitation links. These are separate from the public website.

The mobile app can use AppsFlyer for install attribution and deferred deep links when configured. This can involve device and app identifiers, IP address, install information, and referral-link parameters. Collection depends on the app version, configuration, and applicable device settings and permissions.

Third-party websites, social platforms, payment services, and integrations have their own privacy policies.

6. Legal bases where applicable

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process information as necessary to provide the Services under our agreement with you; for legitimate interests such as securing and improving the Services and responding to business inquiries; to comply with legal obligations; or with your consent where required. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.

7. Retention and deletion

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services and for the purposes described in this policy, including security, recordkeeping, dispute resolution, and legal obligations. Retention depends on the type of information and our relationship with you.

You may request deletion of your account or personal information using the process on our Data Deletion page. Some business, invoice, transaction, legal, or security records may need to be retained. Deleting your account does not automatically remove records that other workspace members are entitled to keep, public social media content, or information held independently by third-party services. Residual copies may remain in backups until those backups are replaced under our retention processes.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or complain to your local data protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.

Send requests to les@theincubators.io. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. Where applicable, you may use an authorized agent or contact us to appeal a decision.

You can also change available account settings, disable notifications or device permissions, disconnect integrations where available, and ask to stop receiving optional emails.

9. Security and international processing

We use safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, and misuse. No storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.

We and our service providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers under applicable data protection law.

10. Children

Artemis is a business service intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Services or our practices change. We will post the updated policy here and revise the date above. Where required, we will provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
