Terms of Service

1. Your agreement with us

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Artemis website at tryartemis.app, the Artemis application, and related services when available (the “Services”), operated by Creator Technologies LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

If you use the Services for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and “you” includes that organization.

2. About the Services

Artemis provides tools for creator marketing, including campaign organization, creator and video tracking, performance reporting, notifications, and invoice management.

Artemis is in development. Features may be offered as early access, changed, limited, or discontinued. A request for early access does not guarantee an invitation, a launch date, or any particular feature. Website demonstrations do not create a commitment to deliver specific results.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement to use the Services. Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use accounts and workspaces only as authorized. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite or authorize within your workspace.

Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised. Do not share passwords or verification codes with support.

4. Your information and content

You retain your rights in content and information you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive license to host, process, reproduce, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and provide the Services to you and your authorized collaborators.

You are responsible for having the rights, permissions, and lawful basis needed to provide creator information, social media content, business details, and other information through the Services. Do not submit confidential or personal information that you are not authorized to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services unlawfully, fraudulently, or to violate another person's rights.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship with a creator or brand.
• Upload malware, interfere with the Services, bypass access controls, or try to access another user's account or private information.
• Use the Services to harass people or distribute unlawful content.
• Access social media accounts, content, or integrations without the required permission or in violation of applicable third-party terms.

6. Third-party services and metrics

The Services may rely on social platforms, hosting providers, payment providers, and other integrations. Your use of those services is subject to their terms and privacy policies. We do not control their availability or operation.

Views, engagement counts, discovery results, and other metrics can be delayed, incomplete, or changed by their source platforms. You should verify material figures before making financial or business decisions. We do not guarantee any level of reach, campaign performance, or creator earnings.

7. Invoices and payments

Artemis helps prepare and organize invoice information. You remain responsible for reviewing invoices, compensation terms, payment instructions, taxes, and the accuracy of amounts and recipient details. Agreements between brands, agencies, and creators remain their responsibility.

Creating an invoice or marking it as paid does not itself transfer funds. Any payment processed through a third-party provider is also subject to that provider's terms. Artemis does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

8. Paid features

If we offer paid features, the applicable price, billing period, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions will be presented before you purchase. Taxes may apply. Additional purchase terms shown at checkout form part of your agreement for that purchase.

Purchases through an app store or another payment provider are also subject to that provider's billing and refund rules and applicable law. Contact us if you need help identifying the provider responsible for a charge.

9. Our intellectual property

Creator Technologies LLC and its licensors retain the rights in the Artemis software, design, branding, and other materials we provide. Subject to these Terms, you may use the Services for their intended purpose. These Terms do not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to you.

10. Privacy and data requests

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information. Visit Data Deletion for account and personal information deletion requests. Deletion may be subject to legal, security, and recordkeeping requirements and the rights of other workspace members.

11. Availability and termination

We may modify or suspend features, and we may restrict or terminate access if reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations, or violations of these Terms. We will provide notice where reasonably practicable and required by law.

You may stop using the Services at any time. If you have an active paid subscription, stopping use or requesting deletion does not replace the cancellation process specified at purchase.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or any particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, Creator Technologies LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including mandatory consumer protections.

13. Updates and contact

We may update these Terms and will post the revised version with an updated date. We will provide additional notice for material changes where required by law. Your use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect is subject to those Terms.
